Carter Dickens Lawyers is locally owned and managed. In 2013, we started in a boutique office which served the northern coastal suburbs of Perth. We now have offices in the Perth CBD (located close to the Family Court and District Court) and in Joondalup (across the road from the Magistrates' Court). We provide a full suite of legal services with a dedicated team of friendly and professional support staff and lawyers.

Unlike larger firms, we answer to our clients and not shareholders, and believe that your legal fees must always feel like an investment in your future. We have built a reputation over a decade for providing value for money to our clients. We explain the cost and importance of what we do every step of the way.
We help identify the legal issues our clients are having, set out the options to proceed and the remedies available to our clients. We give you the right advice and guide you through the whole process. We are experienced in many areas including family law, estates law, restraining orders, criminal law and civil litigation. We also have a conveyancing division to the practice so we can assist you from day one through to final settlement whatever the matter.
While we aim to settle matters amicably and quickly in the majority of cases, we are also able to assist in litigation through our team of in-house lawyers or by finding you the right barrister for your needs.
